Outstanding Results from Our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are pleased to announce that we have just completed our largest customer satisfaction survey to date, and the results were OUTSTANDING!

We contacted a large portion of our customer base representing approximately 91.5% of our total sales,  and asked them to rate us on a scale of 1-5 (5 being best, 1 being worst)  about every aspect of our business to see to where Fast-Rite was performing strongly, as well as where we need improve.

Some of the highlights include our customers rating Fast-Rite’s employees an average 4.87 out of 5 in knowledge and professionalism. In addition, they rated us an average 4.63 for the quality of our material. Every single respondent indicated a very high (average 4.62) probability they will continue business with us in the future.

Many of our customers had the same positive comments about Fast-Rite International. Some of these comments were:

-Salesmen were extremely diligent and committed

-Very consistent lead and delivery times

-High quality products at a fair and consistent price

-Ability to store material until it is needed

The overall average from totaling the responses to all the questions was a remarkable 4.55 of 5!!!  These results make us very proud at Fast-Rite, but by no means do these results make us content. We will always strive to improve our business in all areas regardless of how high our survey responses may be, because there is always a way to enhance our service.
