At Fast-Rite, we are proud to say that we not only believe in our products, but we also stand behind them 100 percent. We continually strive to improve our products so we can deliver them defect-free – on time, every time. Using a combination of sophisticated technology and experienced, hands-on staff, we carefully inspect and test all incoming products.

We keep raising the bar.
Our quality assurance lab, fully equipped with the latest in computerized testing equipment, uses destructive and non-destructive testing to make sure our products meet our high standards. This includes:

• Tensile proof load testing
• Internal/external thread gauging
• External electronic thread pitch gauging
• Digital calipers/micrometers for dimensional gauging
• Optical comparator
• Plating thickness testing
• Ductility testing
• Full lot traceability
• Rockwell hardness testing
• And more

In 1993, Fast-Rite developed a quality management system to better satisfy the needs of our customers and to improve overall operation of our company. This quality system was certified to ISO 9001:2000 in November, 2003. In 2009, Fast-Rite will transition to ISO 9001:2008.
