Quality Control Supervisor

Full-Time; M-F; 8-5
Summary:
This position has the responsibility to manage the process of sample inspection, identifying non-conforming stock, equipment calibration and maintenance of equipment. The Quality Control Supervisor is expected to communicate product disposition to Purchasing and Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all materials meet/exceed customer requirements
Responsible for identifying stock (conforming/non-conforming)
Responsible for timely inspection of product and samples
Maintain samples
Responsible for proper certifications and paperwork associated to samples
Create/maintain notifications in SAP
Communicate product disposition to Purchasing/Sales
Responsible for equipment calibration and maintenance
Maintains calibration and non-conformance logs
Assists in preparation for ISO audits
Education:
Requires high school diploma or equivalency
Experience:
2-3 years prior QC experience required.
SAP experience preferred. Ability to use Vision systems and software preferred. Must be familiar with hand measurement tools
